When we take short-cuts in our human relationships, what is the sacrifice in terms of physical and cyber security?
In this interactive session, participants will discover the level of their own social and emotional safety and leadership and communication styles. Participants will leave knowing the importance of these self-awareness skills in building an organization with human-centered security culture.

With over 25 years in the DoD, I advise on Government contract requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs)
Having lived through several organizational changes in complex, matrixed structures, I also consult with organizations that are considering or already implementing change.
I am seasoned in helping senior leaders (and leaders at every level) communicate their messages personally or as an organization overall by writing and speaking about organizational missions.

I am passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging (DEIB)!
With decades of experience working across diversity lines, I can train your team or organization about DEIB and I can facilitate conversations with small or large groups.
My practical approach will enable real conversations about tough topics in your organization with the goal of learning, understanding, and growing.
